VISA PROCESS
Step by step instructions
The Z Visa process can be broken down into very distinct steps and it is important to follow the instructions exactly. The most important and time consuming part is gathering the initial documents, but with the help of our Z Visa Representatives, you will be able to complete it quickly and efficiently. Each applicant is also assigned their own visa support through the company they sign a contract through.
3 to 6 weeks
SEND SCANS TO CHINA
Applicant sends scans of required visa documents, including authenticated criminal record check and degree to China. Process depends on how quickly documents can be obtained.
10 to 15 working days
WORK PERMIT ISSUED
Scans are used to apply for a work permit at the foreign experts bureau in China. Once the permit is processed, a work permit will be emailed directly to the applicant.
3-5 working days
VISA APPLICATION AT CHINESE CONSULATE
With the work permit in hand, the applicant applies for their Z visa at the nearest Chinese consulate or at a Chinese visa centre. Once the visa is obtained, applicant can fly to China.
1-3 weeks
HEALTH CHECK & RESIDENT PERMIT (IN CHINA)
After arriving in China, the company will help the applicant complete their health check and apply for their residence permit. Once this is complete, the process is done.
